OMS Technical Services is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of marine and defence equipment to navies, tier-one shipyards, and commercial vessel operators worldwide. Our product range covers watertight and weathertight doors, marine hatches, side shell and hangar doors, deck and mooring equipment, pumps and valves, and full accommodation outfitting including HVAC systems.
Current and recent programmes include the Canadian Polar Icebreaker, Multi-Purpose Vessel (MPV) build, POLARSTERN II, JSS, and Type 26 frigate supply chain. OMS manufactures and supplies IMO-compliant marine doors and hatches in steel, aluminium, and GRP construction. Our full range covers watertight, weathertight, and spraytight variants for external and internal bulkhead applications, with hinged, sliding, roller, and quick-acting configurations available.
Most doors and hatches are DNV Type Approved, with Lloyd's Register certification available on request. Fire-rated A-class and B-class variants manufactured to SOLAS and MED standards.
OMS designs and supplies complete marine HVAC systems and components to naval, offshore, and commercial vessels, engineered to classification society standards and tailored to each vessel. Our HVAC scope includes:
