Supplied extensive technical manpower to BAE Systems on the Astute Class submarine programme at Barrow-in-Furness and the Type 26 Frigate programme at Govan, Scotland. Roles supplied included Project Managers, Project Engineers, CAD Modellers, painters, and specialist technical resource on both permanent and contract bases

Key supplier of labour to the Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier programme at Rosyth, Scotland. OMS provided a full range of white- and blue-collar manpower throughout the build phase, including design, engineering, fabrication, and project support personnel on permanent and temporary contracts.

Supplied over 100 6G and 6GR coded welders to Lamprell's operations in Sharjah, UAE. OMS also operated dedicated training schools for oil and gas tradesmen in the Middle East and the Philippines, providing a verified pipeline of tested, certified welders and fabricators directly to site.
